    Frequently asked questions about the services

    The services are organised into four roles: strategic transformation, AI enablement, production and integration, and sovereignty and infrastructure. If it is unclear where to start, we clarify that in the initial conversation or via the short entry-point questionnaire.

    The initial conversation is free. Every other format is scoped to your specific situation; effort and boundaries are agreed before the start. There are no fixed list prices, because starting positions and scope differ substantially.

    Every format has a defined completion state at which it ends. The actual duration depends on scope, data situation and system landscape, and is agreed before the start — not run as an open-ended consulting loop.

    No. Co-development is voluntary. If your team cannot or does not want to build alongside us, the delivery sprint exists for exactly that case, with Tragwerk doing the implementation. Enablement and delivery are deliberately kept separate.

    No. You receive all rights, documentation and handover materials you need to continue development yourself. Maintenance serves stability, not lock-in.

    Only after a production-readiness review, hardening and operational handover. Before that, Tragwerk does not describe a prototype as production-ready.
